Probably one of the finest examples of a 37 Fontaine Pajot Antigua Maestro out there!A complete refit in 2015-2016! The hulls and cockpit were faired and painted with Awlgrip. Rudders, rudder stocks, lower rudder bearings and rudder tubes completely replaced. Solid bimini constructed using Nidacore, epoxy and bi-axial glass. Electrical system was completely redone. Cushions, mattresses and upholstery completely replaced. Hull liner completely replaced. All deck fittings re-sealed with Butal. Standing rigging completely replaced. Running rigging partially replaced. Custom made sliding doors for most of the shelving made. Galley counter and stove redone. Fridge rebuilt with new and improved insulation (very efficient). New stackpack for main sail. New Shade covers for the beautiful large salon windows. Teak flooring strips added to the internal stairs. West system barrier coat renewed. Almost all lights replaced with LEDs or LED bulbs. New cockpit steering chair. Lexan saloon windows replaced. 800Watts of solar panels and the boat systems are very power efficient. Lots of spare power with 110v and 220v power outlets!THIS BOAT LOOKS AND FEELS LIKE NEW!Located in Grenada in the West Indies, the PERFECT location to explore the Caribbean. Outside the hurricane belt. Less than a days sail for the gorgeous Grenadines. A few days from Puerto Rico. All the windward and leeward islands at your doorstep from one of the safest and friendless islands in the Caribbean. Delivery to the USA can be arranged, but sailing though the Caribbean, enjoying the windward, and leeward islands, the virgin islands (Spanish, UK and US), Puerto Rico and then on to Turks and Caicos, and then into the turquoise Bahamas (the 1m draft will make it easy to slide into those beautiful hideaways), could well be the experience of your lifetime! Going from the US east into the caribbean is MUCH harder, you into the trades most the way, going west, for the most part, you have the trades and currents with you. Or put down a morring in one of the beatiful protected southern bays and make Grenada your base of adventure with very little overheads.
