    Heesen 30m

    Cannes, Alpes-Maritimes, France

Built in 2000 on a semi-displacement aluminium hull and aluminium superstructure, with teak decks, the HEESEN 30M is a flybridge motor yacht with renown pedigree and exceptional seakeeping. This all-aluminium flybridge yacht is ABS classed and MCA compliant. This HEESEN 30M motor yacht for sale is timeless and elegant. It is rare that a first-hand custom-built Dutch yacht of this calibre enters the yacht sales market. She represents, as an investment, a golden opportunity to purchase a Dutch pedigree yacht at a fraction of the cost of a new build of her dimensions and volume of 151 GT. Her uniqueness is also in the fact that there are only two identical 30m semi-displacement hulls built under Frans Heesen himself and worthy of note is that her interior has not changed since launch either, it hasn’t had to. While the yacht features naval architecture and exterior design by Heesen Yachts, the interior styling was created by Jane Lamond and has truly stood the test of time, when boarding the vessel, you will be sensitive to the ageless sophisticated classic style created over 21 years ago. Using natural products throughout and balancing the natural flow of light, the delicate touch and emphasis throughout the design process was to create a calm, harmonious space in the vessel, with simplicity without clutter, gentle on the eye and using texture to create depth, Jane chose hickory parquet flooring, and used soft leather, cotton and linen creating a strong sense of wellbeing, comfort, and tranquillity. This HEESEN 30M yacht can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 4 crew onboard. One feature of this classic yacht is the full beam en-suite master cabin on the main deck for superior Owner’s comfort, where Jane used tropical timber Wenge, a unique species of hardwoods from equatorial West Africa. Noticeable for its distinctive figure and strong partridge wood pattern, the use of this throughout the master cabin was a genius move by Lamond, as the amount of natural light that flows throughout the cabin is beautifully offset by the floor material. Further 4 chic guest cabins are located on the lower deck. The configuration is of two double and two twin cabins, all providing en-suite facilities. The use of neutral, earthy tones continues throughout, creating a harmonious atmosphere onboard. To ensure the privacy of the yacht Owners and guests onboard, the galley, laundry and crew accommodation are located forward on the lower deck. Access is via the port side where the stairs to the bridge are also found. A raised pilot house has access to the flybridge where a second pilot station is located. This provides increased visibility when manoeuvring the yacht. In addition, she benefits from a spacious interior open plan saloon with adjacent day head, dining and bar, aft deck dining, seating area and flybridge with Jacuzzi, seating and sun lounging complete this unique example of Dutch engineering and design. Powered by twin 1800 Hp MTU Diesel engines, she comfortably cruises at 16 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 19 knots with a range of up to 2000 nautical miles at her economical speed of 10 knots.   Please click on the « Full Specs » tab for complete details of this Flybridge Yacht for Sale.

The larger floats provide additional space in the aft cabins: owner’s cabin and starboard aft cabin offer each 60 cm more storage space than Windelo 50. The corner window is also bigger, offering a much more open view of the sea. Enjoy comfortably relaxing on our double 160x200 cm or 140x200 cm beds, and taking in the amazing view. The bows are also nearly 40 cm longer, increasing the storage space considerably, or depending on your accommodation options, the skipper’s fore cabin. In the nacelle, the saloon and galley are also larger increasing the comfort of these living areas, making them perfect for enjoying a good time with friends. All the spaces are fitted with generous openings so that you can fully enjoy the panoramic sea view. In the nacelle and in the cabins, the openings are larger pushing the interior and exterior boundaries even further.Whatever layout you have chosen for the nacelle and the floats, our Windelo 54 Adventure catamaran will allow the creation of a skipper cabin. The nacelle, a modular social space The key with the layout was to create a friendly space that worked for everyone and also involved everyone. The first key step was to ensure that the helm station was an integral part of the layout. To achieve this, the central galley opens out onto the forward cockpit, this means that cooking and steering are both sociable activities. In fact, with the help of the autopilot, you could easily do both at the same time! It also means that crew who are relaxing in the saloon are readily available to lend a hand at a moment’s notice. There are other thoughtful practical benefits such as the extremely comfortable 115x200 pilot berth, situated in the main saloon within easy reach of the helm. In the saloon layout, there is a chart table at the foot of the forward cockpit, which makes circulation on board easier.Meanwhile, to give you some idea of the sort of space available, the saloon dining table expands to accommodate from 6 to 12 people. At anchor, you can also use an additional outside table from 6 to 12 people. Depending on the power output of your solar panels, the nacelle roof can be fitted with sun pads for sunbathing at anchor.
