New bow pulpit with railing extension and Good automatic free drop windlass (2021 new upgraded motor) . Main house  also painted and finishing with Costa glass 3 sided enclosure. ( new zippers 2021).  2009 The Original Detroit's were removes  and  Cummins 6cta running take outs were installed (engine year 2006)  The engine room was a complete gut, new wiring, engine beds, fuel lines. Reverso oil change system with manifold for mains and genset. Fresh water flushing system for the engines.  Painted engine room white . New deck supports installed.  Floor insulate and sound proofed lead lined insulation. . 2010   Original  windshield removed and new solid glass side windows. 4 through hull style under water lights installed.   2 new self contained air conditioning units installed with electic heat coils.  Heat can be used out of the water.  Bottom was stripped to the glass and epoxie coated, painted with vivid black paint  (still using today) .  Winterization system installed.  The boat can be winterized in 2 hours without running anything except the genset.  Engines are  fresh water flushed each use!.   2013 Bridge helm cutout and re designed to accept new gauges and  Simrad nss12 mfd with  1000 watt transducer and side-scan/ structure scan and a  Simrad  nss8 mfd on rear deck.  2014 4’ open array Simrad radar added , Tracvision m3 tv antenna and Sirius satellite radio.  Front facing camera for rear cockpit and engine room cameras added to the mfd’ on the bridge. 2016 interior retrofit started. Full salon gut and rebuild .   New custom built cabinetry with 2 under counter drawer refrigerators. Matching grain on the cabinetry veneer.   New stainless steel  hardware and push button locks. Custom sea shell backsplash , under counter plugs and lighting. New custom panel box, custom curved sette with rod storage underneath, entertainment center and 52” flat screen tv with sound bar.  New custom v groove ceilings and  new led lighting.  New carpeting all edge banded with pad bonded to the carpet.  Window treatments . Sink and  all faucets . 2017 the water tanks were relocated, boat was re plumbed in pex,. New water pump with accumulator.  2018 SEAKEEPER installed!  Best investment in boating. 2019 Hull painted with Alexseal in sea foam green with black boot striping.  All through hulls removed and replaced after paint,  new splash rails, swim transom platform ( removable with 2 pins)  with ladder and custom transom door created.  2020 rear cockpit re finished with  new non skid and new paint. 2021 New MDKDM Cummins 13 kw genset with sound shield currently 680 hrs . New head gasket on starboard engine due to an oil leak.  New rebuild head  installed since it was off. Full  engine  cooling service 2021, pump impellers, aftercoolers service, new main engine coolers, new transmission coolers both engines.    New black water tank, hoses, and keyed overboard dump with new diaphragm style pump.  New wall coverings lower areas.   New zippers on Bridge enclosure, New sun shade November 2021.  Full excel spread sheet with  all records,  upgrades, fuel burn,  and  fuel log. 2022 insurance and value survey .  Class 1 , 4 blade props freshly reconditions .  2 sets! 1962 Chris Craft ski boat. 1 owner, always/only in fresh water. Boat underwent a refresh back in the late 90's with upholstery etc. all redone. Was used up through 2002 and has been in dry storage since then.  Tragically, engine was not fogged at time of storage and is now stuck... visual inspection through spark plug holes shows rust/corrosion as reason for not turning over.  Boat needs to be restored with engine rebuild and some relatively easy wood/brightwork refinishing.  Includes 5 spare props of different pitch for altitude etc.  Trailer has new wheels and tires, bearings serviced and all lights working.  Can be towed anywhere safely.  Call for more info.  Thanks in advance and lets get this old girl back on the water!  Rob

Hands down the cleanest, nicest   Launch you will find of this vintage. I’m the second owner, it was bought new at Trexlers Marine in New Hampshire and spent the first half of its life on Lake Winnepesaukee on a lift and under an awning. I purchased it in 2015 with 80 hours  and it has been on Lake Champlain since then, also on a lift and under an awning. This boat as never seen salt water.  It currently has 265 hours and it’s truly in excellent condition. This a full Heritage Edition (all teak options) and the teak was recently treated. It is powered by a  Volvo Penta 5.7 and runs 50 MHP. The boat is 100% original with the exception of a new lower unit around 180 hours after it lost a fight with a rock and the gimble bearing was just replaced. The interior is flawless and comes equipped with a sink and a ton of storage. This boat has a painted hull just like the new Chris Crafts have so maintaining the finish is simple and there’s  zero fading like you would see on a gelcoat hull of this color. This current finish is practically perfect and any marks shown in the photos are reflections. The color is the classic Midnight Blue with a Red boot stripe. The interior is almond and comes with a blue  bimini top, bow cover, cockpit cover and bumpers, a full storage cover is also included. The boat comes with an all aluminum trailer that was purchased new in 2015 and has only been used a few miles every year to pull and store the boat. This boat is fully serviced and ceramic coated every year and stored in a heated facility. Comes with all the original books and manuals. This boat is a must see.  Also available is a 7000 pound RGC boat lift for an added cost.

This beautiful Chris Craft Commander has been well cared for and runs well. It boasts a king size walk around aft cabin with full shower. Two twins in the virth with a walk-through bathroom and another shower accommodates more guests. The couch folds to a full size bed allowing for more company. This rare full size fridge and breakfast bar style is difficult to find. The fly bridge provides another driving helm. The hours on the engines and a generator are in the photos. Currently the boat is shrink wrapped and hauled out and fully winterized.   If interested there is a slip for lease as well in Stillwater Minnesota.
