MITCHELL 28 SEA WARRIOR MKII CLASSIQUE Built for her first owners in 2004. Two owners from new. GRP hull, deck and superstructure, Twin Yanmar 250HP diesels approximately 350 hours, cruising speed 8 knots displacement, and 13 knots (Semi displacement) making her very economical to run, She is highly manoeuvrable and easy to control due to her twin engines and bow thruster. 3 berths, new upholstery, separate w.c. compartment with shower, Raymarine speed/depth/VHF/radar, autopilot, GPS chart plotter, cockpit steering with engine controls, Eberspacher heating and demisting, calorifier/immersion heater, galley with sink, cooker and fridge, shore supply charger, stern davits, electric windlass, holding tank etc etc..
This boat is in excellent condition with a full history, she is a great sea boat due to her hull design and comes with a comprehensive spec with new props, rope cutters and trim tab pump facilities and with being only 28ft she is economical to keep. Her bottom was cleaned back to her gel coat in July 2014 and treated with five coats of epoxy paint. She is newly anti fouled and hull polished Feb 2022 all ready for the season. Full fuel tanks ready to go.
