Great Opportunity – ‘Sherpa’ is a one owner boat who has babied and cared for this boat since day one. The boat has been gently used in summer months then stored indoors at Lions Gate Marina every year. The 550 hours on the engines are testimony to fair weather use and high level care. The same well known mechanic has serviced the twin 496 MAG, 375 HP Mercruisers (750 total HP) with high attention to detail since new. Risers and manifolds just replaced as well. All service records available from date of purchase to present, with accepted offer. The Imron metallic silver mist and white paint adds a head turning finish to what is an exciting offering.
The boat shows extremely well and performs as one would expect from the Formula SS series.The 370 SS shares many features with Formula's high-performance products. Her hull form includes multiple transverse steps, longitudinal strakes, a keel pad and a deadrise of 21 degrees at the transom. Formula refers to its creation as FAS3Tech and suggests that in its design, the balance of each feature is optimized. Transverse steps are intended to provide lift with less drag by ventilating the planning surface. The trick is placing the steps in the correct location for a given center of gravity. This boat rises quickly to a plane and trims nicely at speed.
The vinyl seats are flawless as is the upholstery throughout the boat. The cut polish and waxing is equally as impressive as the deck and hull gleams. The V Berth converts to a Queen bed and the mid berth is a massive Queen/King bed. There is an ample galley and generous head which allows weekend excursions and the speed allows getting there quickly.
