My personal boat, I purchased this boat about 5 years ago for the summer and my wife and I loved it so much we held on to it. I repowered it about 2 years ago with fresh water 2013 Yamaha 300 Four Strokes. I have NEVER had one issue with them.
I have taken this boat everywhere including thoughout the Bahamas from the Exumas to Abaco. It is the best riding light weight 35' boat available. We cruise at 40mph burning about 25 gph averaging 1.5mpg. It can be trailered with an 1/2 ton truck. There isn't another boat this size you can do that with.
We are selling because we want to go back to a cabin cruiser and start anchoring out again. The boat is lift kept at Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club. I will consider renting the lift it is on.
This boat is unique to any other Marlago's on the market. It was stolen and striped around 2010. A new custom console was purchased, the boat was rewired and repowered. It has custom lighting all over the boat, the previous owner told me he spent about $3000 on including t-top lights, underwater lights, gunnel lights, They can light the boat white, red or blue.
I purchased the boat in 2015 and had the boat repainted, all of the non skid sanded off and re-applied so that it would have better grip. I also installed Garmin Electronics and a JL stereo that is very clear and very loud. In 2016, I purchased the Yamaha 300's because the Verados had alarm issues and we wanted to travel further offshore. I also added a Garmin Autopilot.
This boat has been throughout the Bahamas . There isn't a better riding boat that can touch this boats economy. At 40mph she gets 1.5 miles per gallon burning around 26 gph. loaded, if you slow her down she can get 1.8mpg. I can go to Bimini, play around all weekend and run home no problem. We ran around and returned on one tank. To top it off, I can trailer her with an escalade due to her light weight.
The boat has been lift stored in Deering Bay Yacht & Country Club. I do not plan on replacing the boat so my lift will be available to rent if you purchase the boat. You have to join the Deering Bay Yacht Club which is about $3000, but then you will have easy access to the bay.
