Vessel Walkthrough

Boarding made easy via the upgraded teak swim platform continuing thru the starboard S/S Riviera transom gate. Immediately to port is a center line built-in settee  with built-in storage fronted by a  teak hi low table. Forward and to port is the cockpit refer, upgraded teak cockpit sole and a salon stainless steel bulkhead pop up window.

Entering the salon through a handsome  S/S door, one finds a large L-shaped settee to port with drawer storage below. Forward a built-in hidden pop-up TV and gorgeous teak and holly cabin sole. The starboard side of the salon offers a built-in cabinet that features a new Vitrifrigo refer/freezer unit, hidden counter sink, single burner cook top, Tappan microwave oven and an assortment of pullout storage drawers.

The salon has no shortage of natural light given the amount of windows in addition to two opening sunroofs that allow an abundance of light making for inviting visibility. And, when it comes to privacy, there are designer fabric shades to port, starboard and aft.

The helm station with Captain's bench seating is to starboard. Here one will find upgraded Garmin electronics, analog gauges and the Smart Craft  engine management system's control; unit.

The two staterooms along with the single head are located forward of the salon and down three wide steps on into the lower companionway.

Broker's Comments

Button Down is a well equipped vessel that offers luxury appointments coupled with functional yachting touches that rival many larger vessels. Button Down boasts distinctive lines and a style all unto her own. Her second set of owners are knowledgeable and do what it takes to keep her in top condition. Serviced yearly since being purchased in 2014 by the local Riviera commissioning/service center.

Extensive list of upgrades and yearly service since 2014.....

2014:

Added under water lights, Garmin AIS 600, wired downriggers, replaced front windshield and Racor fuel filters

2015:

Bottom paint, added transducer, rudder angle indicator, 300' 5/16th chain, auto pilot pump, exhaust covers, new VHF radio and had yearly service performed

2016:

Installed replacement shaft seals, new Vitifrigo refer, wifi adaptor, new 8 D batteries

Rebuilt Garmin 7217 unit and repaired issue with generator

2017:

Had general maintenance performed, replaced port ZF transmission

2018

General maintenance

2019:

General maintenance, replaced engine start battery

2020 

Little use  due to Covid

2021:

General maintenance, serviced Vacuflush sysyem seals and duckbills and rebuilt holding tank Installed new 8 D house batteries, Victron charger and battery monitor system. Took bottom down to bare gelcoat and dealt with paint build-up.. Sealed leak @ transom
