Description

Lady Y is an exceptional example of a well-cared for 72 Princess Motoryacht.

The 72 has been one of the shipyard's best selling models due to its generous spaces, modern design and superior performance to its competitors thanks to a Bernard Olesinski designed hull.

The layout of this motor yacht is exceptional, it gives you the feeling of a much larger boat as soon as you step foot onboard. The aft deck can easily accommodate 6 people around the expanding teak table which has shade from the superstructure above. The flybridge features a full-size dining table for up to 10 with a wet bar, bbq grill, sun pads and a comfortable helm to port side. Even the foredeck has a generous wet-seating area with shade for those lovely sunset cruises. Once you step foot inside, you're greeted by an ample saloon with pristine white carpeting, satin-finished walnut interiors and an overall welcoming feeling. The main saloon offers 2 leather sofas aft, a galley-up to the starboard side and a dining room table for up to 8 people. You can also operate the vessel from the lower helm forward of the galley. Walking down 4 steps you'll get to the companionway leading to the 4 staterooms and 3 heads for owners and guests. The VIP stateroom is forward with its own en-suite, there is a sliding bunk guest room to starboard with access to the day head, further aft to port you'll find another side by side twin berth stateroom and finally the full beam master stateroom is midship, walking aft from the companionway.

Lady Y has been captain maintained and has had numerous upgrades and updates recently, including a yard period to perform a bottom job and a topsides wax job. All metals have been coated with propspeed and the bottom received 2 coats of black anti-foul (interlux).

Some of the standout features of this 72MY include:

CAT C32 Acerts (all services up to date, including after coolers and heat exchangers)

Side-Power variable speed Hydraulic bow and stern thrusters

TRAC zero-speed stabilizers (Fins)

Hydraulic swim platform w/ tender chocks for launching

Davit on the flybridge for additional water toy launching and storage

Foredeck Portuguese lounge with bimini shade

Custom audio/visual system with iPad integration

4 stateroom 3 head layout
