The Catalina 355 fills a nice niche in the mid-30-foot range that has been sorely lacking in new sailboats. Catalina 355's are already popular on the Texas Coast. This boat has proven to be the perfect boat for most couples. What we love about the 355 is the versatility of the boat.
A huge cockpit with stern seats, real cockpit storage and a cockpit dining table opens up to an interior that feels more like a 40-footer. Enjoy reading or lounging with the tilt-up bed in the forward cabin. The front-opening fridge and deep galley sinks are a pleasure to use and the aft head with shower seat is easy to use at the dock or underway. The air conditioning with reverse cycle heat New 2019 will keep you comfortable in any climate your cruising takes you!
An electric main halyard winch and furling mainsail and genoa make her a breeze to sail, and the bow thruster will ensure you look like a pro when you dock.
Overall, this boat is very comfortable while cruising or while entertaining family and friends!

Accommodations
The accommodations on Osprey can be described as spacious and luxurious. You will feel like you are aboard a much larger yacht. Starting forward, the owner’s stateroom has a cedar-lined, paneled hanging locker and numerous drawers, bins, and shelves which provide the storage needed for extended periods. The large double berth has an articulating innerspring mattress and the optional electric lifter to adjust the head of the berth for comfortable reading or viewing TV.
Moving mid-ship into the salon, the U-shaped settee to starboard has a quad-leaf folding table that is both beautiful and functional. In addition, Osprey has the option to convert the dinette into a double berth. To port, there is a small dinette/game/cocktail table that easily converts to a single berth or settee with cushions provided. Aft of this area is a compact yet well-designed navigation station. The navigation desk incorporates a recessed laptop computer compartment with dedicated power ports. Directly across from the nav station is a large, L-shaped galley.
Aft of the nav station is a conveniently located, large head. The head is made from a single piece of fiberglass molded part that creates a modern appearance and, more importantly, is easy to clean. Osprey’s head has an upgraded convertible fresh and saltwater toilet. The contemporary “vessel style” sink is not only attractive; it also creates more counter space.
Aft of the galley is a private guest stateroom. The double berth has a comfortable innerspring mattress and an angled seat back, cedar-lined hanging locker, an overhead hatch for ventilation, and adjustable reading lights.
