2018 - a normal year for water level. A couple of club cruises and some daysailing
2019 - the second of the two very high water level years - access to the boat was limited due to the dock being under water
2020 - Covid constraints on access led to a decision to keep the boat on land and replace sea cocks & through hulls, new dripless stuffing box and new manual and electric bilge pumps
2021 - 2025 - business level hectic meant little time for sailing - primarily short/single handed daysailing
