ACCOMMODATIONS

Forward cabin with 6' 4" V-berth, fiddled hull-side shelving with soft covers, stowage drawers with shelf and storage with soft cover above
V-berth cushions & upholstery (2021), hot water tank (2021) and holding tank under bunk top. Empty bladder tank for additional fresh water under bunk top. Framed photograph mounted at fwd end of v-berth. Caframo 12V variable speed fan (2021) and lighting fixtures.

Head aft of fwd cabin to port with hatch overhead, sink with Barca h&c faucet with retractable sprayer (2021). Electric toilet (2021), vanity with mirrored sliding door storage cabinet and large bulkhead mirror. Storage and seacock access under sink and shelf.
Mast step at forward end of port side dinette, convertible to double berth, 6' 3" long. Custom teak dining table can swivel 90 degrees. C-shape dinette with storage under and outboard of seat tops. Open shelf outboard of settee back with sliding doors storage cabinets from main bulkhead aft to galley bulkhead. Framed art on main bulkhead on port. Caframo 12V variable speed fan (2021) above forward end of dinette seating. Teak handrail above seating, fixed ports with soft venetian blinds, fluorescent ambient lighting above forward end. Cushions to convert dinette to double berth.
Settee, 6' 3" opposite dinette on stbd side. Water tank under seat top. Open shelf outboard of settee back with sliding doors storage cabinets from main bulkhead aft to nav station bulkhead. Teak handrail above seating, fixed ports with soft venetian blinds, LED fluorescent ambient lighting above forward end.
Forward facing navigation station with quarterberth aft on stbd. SS vertical support post/handrail at inboard fwd corner of chart table. Opening chart table with drawers and cabinet under chart table. 110V AC and 12V DC breaker panels, battery monitor, LINK 10 monitor, Propane On/Off switch, propane detector/alarm, 12V pump Auto/Manual switch, recessed into panel adjacent to chart table.
Quarterberth, 6' 7" x 3' 6", with custom shelf above for soft goods stowage, custom teak bookshelf on hull side, batteries under bunktop. Custom teak double door cabinet on bulkhead to stbd of companionway.
