Beautiful Apreamare 10 Semi Cabinato with a cozy living space outside on both the fore and aft decks. The current owner has renewed and improved many things on board in recent years. The following work has been carried out: Woodwork/covering re-lacquered in Q2 2025, reversing couplings completely overhauled, 12-liter boiler replaced with a new 40-liter boiler, Webasto hot air heating installed, new Raymarine plotter touchscreen and new Raymarine autopilot, Garmin VHF radio with AIS, 3000Watt Victron inverter, new batteries installed, new refrigerator, new slatted base and mattresses, underwater ship stripped and new antifouling applied. Since 2021, this ship has been stored in a boathouse every year. This boathouse in Ossenzijl is separately transferable in the form of rental or purchase. This Apreamare 10 Semi Cabinato is equipped with: fixed bench in the cockpit and on the foredeck with removable cushions, storage boxes, stainless steel fender holders, full cockpit tent over the steering position with removable parts, engine room accessible via two large cockpit hatches, double Separ fuel filters, two luxury adjustable height helmsman seats, trim tabs, radio, Victron battery display.
