The C-Cat 65’s structure is built using a double-cut Corecell sandwich infused with epoxy resin through advanced vacuum infusion processes. Few shipyards only apply this level of technology on such a scale. The result is outstanding weight-to-stiffness ratio, minimized material waste, and unmatched structural consistency.

Every bulkhead, longitudinal beam, and structural element is both bonded and tabbed; even the furniture contributes to overall rigidity, ensuring long-term durability and strength.
