/ Recent survey report available
/ REF1703: This Maiora 28m is very well maintained and with extensive refit works carried out recently (2022-24) with a cost of 300.000€ (invoices available during a visit to the yacht), such as among other, W5 main engines’ overhauling in January 2024 (cost 170.000€), replacement of exhaust piping, teak deck replacement, crane overhauling, gangway overhauling, batteries’ replacement, windlass overhauling, through-hulls/valves replacement, service of bow thruster, removal/service of propeller shafts and propellers, replacement of cutlass bearings & shafts' seals, replacement of marine heads, replacement of plotter and throttles, replacement of black water tank and replacement of ceiling panels’ sheathing, generator’s exhaust piping was replaced in March 2024. New cleats were installed in the bathing platform. All the light switches were replaced. LED lights throughout. A/C in all interior areas including crew. Painted professionally in 2023.
