Fabulously built Nieland Explorer 50 by DSA Yachts - Ossenzijl (built in 2020/2021 and delivered in 2022). This beautiful appearance on the water marks her name "One Off" with verve. The entire yacht has been thought through and nothing was compromised during the construction process. Think of the spacious layout of this yacht in combination with the shallow draught (approx. 0.98 metres) and the beautiful appearance. All around, the yacht has a beautiful and low-maintenance Flexiteak deck with a beautiful stainless steel sea railing, stainless steel bollards, double-armed windscreen wipers, an electrically lowerable mast, 2 opening doors in the stern towards the swimming platform, retractable swimming ladder, bimini at the outside steering position and a spacious deck with wide gangways and plenty of seating. The fixed wheelhouse is spacious with good visibility all around, plentiful seating, two side doors to the gangways, Webasto electric sunroof with mosquito screen and a handsome steering position with extensive navigation equipment and a Recaro steering chair. From the fixed wheelhouse, the cosy saloon is easily accessible. In the salon there is a comfortable seating area, door to the aft deck and the modern galley with high-quality Siemens appliances (induction hob with integrated extractor + dishwasher + oven/microwave), Bodega wine cooler, the galley features a beautiful granite countertop. The two cabins can be accessed from the wheelhouse. The master bedroom is located at the front of the yacht and has a beautiful freestanding double bed with plenty of closet space and a generous wet room with electric toilet, shower cubicle, sink with granite top and closet space. The guest cabin features a double fixed bed, wardrobe space and a second wet room with electric toilet, shower cubicle and granite-topped sink. A laundry room with Siemens washer/dryer is located in the corridor. Throughout the yacht, the chic American Walnut interior stands out in combination with the indirect LED lighting. This yacht is robustly built, cosily designed and has a low air draft with the mast down (approx. 3.60 metres) - a lower air draft can be achieved by agreement.
