The warranties are transferable so if you buy this you will enjoy the remanding amount of warranties you get, which is a lot!      It has every option that you can get other than the stove and it does have Auto Pilot. It does have A/C and Heat. This boat is well equipped! This boat is in "Like New" condition and has less than 16 hours. FREASH WATER ONLY BOAT always kept on a lift.  The stereo is loud and does not need to be upgraded unless you want to be the loudest boat on the lake. I keep this on a Poly Lift, you can buy that if you want. If you dont need it that is fine. This is an awesome boat and has a lot of power with a ton of electronics on it.
