For sale: Marwiif, a beautiful Barkmeijer tjalk from 1904, built in Sneek and lovingly maintained over the years. A real picture from the outside.
the 'Marwiif', a Barkmeijer tjalk built with a lot of love. Owned by the current owners since 2015. A picture inside and out with a nice spacious aft deck, wide walkways, and a vaulted gable roof. Outside covered with teak and inside a stunning mahogany interior. Technically top-notch with a hull of at least 5 mm, new technology, and a sturdy 6-cylinder Peugeot Indenor under the hood! Built in Sneek in 1904 and lovingly maintained by all owners since then. Equipped for long stays, but living aboard is also possible. There is no mast, round timber, rigging, or sails included with the ship. Unfortunately, no recent hull report is available. There is one from 10 years ago.
Antifouling was applied in the spring of 2024.
