Both Willem de Kooning, Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, and Erasmus University are nearby and easily accessible. Ample parking available. Parking permit through the Municipality of Rotterdam.

No transfer tax is due on a houseboat. This houseboat is registered with the land registry and has a permanent mooring. Therefore, a mortgage is possible.
