Ex Kempenaar purchased by current owners in 2006 and subsequently shortened and built up to a houseboat over two years. Outside a fantastic terrace with a crane for placing a car or using an outdoor living space. The last slipway service was in February 2024. The certificate has been renewed after slipping until March 9, 2031, for inland waters excluding the German Rhine. The ship has been completely painted from top to bottom in the spring of 2024. The ship is technically very complete and installed according to inland navigation standards. Extremely suitable for living due to good insulation with stone wool and a vapor barrier layer and everywhere HR++ glass. Due to the spacious 3 cabins, very suitable for Bed & Breakfast. Easy anchoring using the two spud poles. Dinghy and car can be easily hoisted on and off the ship due to the presence of 2 car cranes. Floor plan of the ship can be seen in the attachment.
