For sale a sailing houseboat with a permanent mooring in Bruges with a concession that will be transferred to the new owners upon sale. The mooring is very centrally located along the ring of Bruges. All major supermarkets on the outer side of the ring and the heart of Bruges are within a 15-minute walk.

This is a barge built in 1941 in Boom. The current owners purchased the ship in 2016. It has been worked on for almost a year and a half to convert it to its current state.

Everything has been renewed. The entire hold has been converted into a large living space. The master bedroom with integrated bathroom is almost 50 square meters with a large walk-in shower, toilet, and double sinks, and is equipped with infrared mirrors. The bathroom also has an infrared cabin. The guest room is 15 square meters. A water purification system has been installed to treat wastewater in accordance with VLAREM 2 legislation. The living area is approximately 65 square meters. In the old living area, a kitchen has been provided with a second bathroom at the back equipped with a bathtub, toilet, and washbasin. The washing machine and dryer are also installed there.

The ship is connected to shore power and also has internet access. Drinking water can be loaded via a standpipe. The ship can hold 9,000 liters of water. The ship is electrically heated. The last yard inspection was in June 2022 and is community certified until 08-2029.

The furnishings such as dining table with chairs, dresser in the living room, large TV cabinet, fridge, club chair, sofa, beds, kitchen table, washing machine, and dryer can optionally be included in the sale if desired.
