Description
1971 Chris Craft Aqua Home. Could be a perfect small floating guest house, or an Airbnb, or a workshop, or whatever you can imagine. Slip is available. Current marina policy allows for 2-3 nights a week stay aboard. Work out of town, stay on the boat over the weekend?
Quality remodel. Engine bays bone dry. Bow gets very small amount of water accumulation, bilge pumps removes automatically. 1970s Fiberglass is thick, and remodel added even more reinforcement. Manufacture listed at 51 foot length with a swim platform that has been removed. It's currently 46/47 feet long. It's about 16 feet wide.
Original Mercury 327 engines have 1141 and 1352 hours. Both not running. Could rebuild OR I’ve been told that as “virgins” (original not yet rebuilt) these engines can be sold upwards of $2500 each. Also the stock water pumps fetch $1800 range. Engine bay is huge if you go this route. Could put in a jacuzzi tub and sauna! I also looked into outboard transom refit. It’s possible if you want to go that route. Recent survey available.
Open to potential win/win trades. Might be willing to accept payments with a good down payment.
