For sale – Riva Rudy Super 1975 – Exceptional collector's model
We are pleased to offer for sale a rare and iconic model from the legendary Riva brand: a Riva Rudy Super, vintage 1975, bearing the hull number 256.
This model, produced in only 284 units between 1972 and 1983, embodies the sporty elegance characteristic of Riva boats from the 70s. Measuring 5.90 m, it is equipped with its original inboard engine: a Riva Crusader Marine Thermo Electro 210 HP, carefully restored, like the entire boat, in 2017. The hull is made of fiberglass, making maintenance of this boat easy, and the decorative fittings are made of precious varnished wood, mahogany.
An exceptional history: this Rudy Super has belonged to a single Italian family since its original delivery. It has exclusively navigated in freshwater on Lake Iseo, the cradle of the Riva brand, just a few nautical miles from the Riva shipyard in Sarnico. In 2017, it underwent a complete restoration by Bellini Nautica, an undisputed reference in the restoration of vintage Riva boats. It was then acquired in 2018 by its current owners, and the boat was imported to France, where it has been carefully navigated in the waters of the Île d'Oléron basin.
The Rudy Super offered here is a true collector's item in remarkable condition, both mechanically and aesthetically. It comes with all its original fittings and instruments, including its numbered winter cover and its removable solid mahogany swim ladder.
Since its transition to coastal navigation, it has been equipped with a Lowrance large screen GPS / Sonar combo and a Riva original compass. Since its arrival in France, the boat has always been meticulously maintained by Nautic 17 in Château d'Oléron. No mechanical expenses are anticipated.
