This Fjord 38 from around 1974 combines the timeless character of a true Norwegian motorboat with an impressive renovation. Thanks to a thorough technical and optical update, this boat is in excellent condition and is ready for new adventures.
Power is provided by two powerful Volvo Penta KAMD300A diesel engines of 285 hp each (built in 2001), supported by hydraulic steering, a second control station on the flybridge, and a new bow thruster from 2024. Steering and maneuvering can be done with confidence, both on inland waters and on open water.
The warm teak interior is in top condition and offers comfort for longer stays on board. The spacious salon, two separate cabins, and the dinette make this boat suitable for 4 to 6 sleeping places. On board, you will also find a complete galley, boiler, shower, toilet, Eberspächer hot air heating, Victron Combi inverter/charger, an electric anchor winch, and navigation lights.
The extended stainless steel swim platform and the sturdy stainless steel davits provide space for a dinghy and make boarding and disembarking easy and safe. The self-draining cockpit, aluminum window frames, sunshade, and sprayhood complete the picture.
