The 40m (131’ 3”) classic motor yacht AVA, built by the renowned Italian shipyard CRN in 1976, is a timeless yacht based year-round in Monaco. Meticulously maintained and regularly refitted, AVA blends classic pedigree with modern comfort.
One of AVA’s most distinctive features is her rare ability to cruise with up to 49 guests on the Riviera, while still offering overnight accommodation for 11 guests. This makes her an exceptional platform for corporate events, private celebrations, or large family gatherings, while remaining equally well suited to intimate luxury charters.

Exterior Living
AVA’s classic design has truly stood the test of time. Her generous outdoor spaces are designed to accommodate both relaxation and social gatherings. The expansive sundeck offers ample loungers and seating to enjoy the sun, along with shaded lounge areas and a bar - the perfect spot to cool off with a cocktail.
Forward, the sunbathing bow provides a wonderful place to relax and watch AVA glide effortlessly through the sea. On the main deck aft, guests will find an inviting dining area designed to be spacious for entertaining and lounging, ideal for enjoying gourmet meals prepared by the professional chef on board. At the fore of the main deck lies one of AVA’s highlights: a deck jacuzzi - perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine while cruising.
Interior & Guest Accommodation
AVA comfortably accommodates up to 11 overnight guests in five staterooms, making her ideal for both families and private charter groups. The full-beam master suite, located on the main deck, features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and a private office that can be converted into a child’s stateroom if required. On the lower deck, guests will find two queen staterooms and two twin staterooms.
All staterooms are equipped with TVs, sound systems, and elegant marble en-suite bathrooms. The main saloon and dining area are finished in rich cherry wood, creating a warm and sophisticated atmosphere. Plush seating and a large flat-screen TV make this space ideal for relaxing after a day of cruising or entertaining guests.
AVA is fully air-conditioned throughout and offers Wi-Fi connectivity on board. Stabilizers underway ensure a smooth and comfortable experience at sea.

Performance & Range
Constructed with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure, AVA benefits from excellent onboard volume and impressive stability, particularly at anchor thanks to her full-displacement hull. Powered by twin GM engines, she cruises comfortably at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 14 knots, and offers a range of up to 3000 nautical miles at cruising speed from her 35,000 liter fuel tank.
Water Toys & Tenders
AVA is well equipped for fun on the water. Her 5.6m Novurania tender with 115 HP Yamaha is ideal for guest transfers and shore excursions, while a wide selection of water toys ensures entertainment for all ages. These include two Seadoo spark 2024 with only 5 and 20 hours, water skis, a sea biscuit, a 14-foot inflatable water toy, snorkelling gear, and fishing equipment. The back deck includes stairs, extending the full width of the yacht, that descend to the water level, facilitating easy access for swimming, water sports, and tender boarding.
