Description
Stunning RIVA ST. TROPEZ motorboat, an icon of the 80s, in like-new condition after a major refit in 2024.The boat is powered by 2 aspirated petrol engines of 285hp, type Riva Crusader Marine mod.T.E.350 with direct transmission in the shaft line with an interposed Velvet Drive gearbox with a reduction ratio of 1.1.
The propulsion is controlled by the instrumentation (two rev counters) as well as by an audible and visual alarm system for engine oil pressure and engine water temperature; instrumentation for checking the fuel level of the two tanks and for checking the functionality of the alternators. The electrical system is 12 V D.C with two rechargeable batteries from the right and left engine alternators with fuses to protect the various lines positioned under the dashboard, and two battery switches can completely disconnect all users from the batteries except for the automatic bilge pumps (two).
There are 3 portable fire extinguishers and a shut-off and switching system for the two fuel tanks. Below deck, there are two V-shaped beds with an electrically operated toilet in the center. On the bow deck, in a special compartment, there is the original system for the anchor and nylon cable; also on the stern deck, there is the ski towing tube and the two fuel filler necks.

Armament Equipment
This Riva boat has been painstakingly restored to its original splendor by the current owner (former manager of Cantieri Riva) without neglecting any detail.
The general overhaul carried out by the current owner in 2024 involved:
1) Hull and deck
- anti-osmosis treatment on the hull and two-component white paint finish in the bow area and on the sides and red antifouling in the stern area.
- topsides repainted with the original color and two coats of scratch-resistant transparent paint.
- all the anti-slip parts on the deck and on the gunwale have been replaced with new original anti-slip parts- new original cradle.
2) Engines and transmission
- the two engines have been carefully reconditioned and repainted; replaced belts - sea water pump impellers - points - spark plugs - distributor brush - various filters - overhauled carburetors - new engine pipes - new petrol intake pipes - reconditioned Velvet Drive inverters - balanced propeller shafts and propellers - new bushings for shaft supports - new packing - completely overhauled steering system.
3) Electrical system
- the entire electrical system has been completely redone with new wiring - new fuse holders - new bilge pumps with float - new electric toilet - new fuel level transmitters - new toggle switches - new navigation lights - new shower pump - new batteries and battery switch.
4) Upholstery and deck equipment
- all the upholstery present is new and original - new cabin ceiling below deck - new stainless steel bumper - all the metal elements present have been re-chromed or re-polished - new sunshade with pipes and new blue cover - re-chromed windshield
