MELODY is a solid "cruiser-racer" sailboat designed by André Mauric.

This model has enjoyed great success due to its marine qualities, thanks to a deep hull, heavy displacement, and generous sail area.

A very well-equipped sailboat, maintained by its owners.

Visible at PORT MARITIMA – MARTIGUES.

Inboard engine YANMAR -2QM20H, 19 HP diesel (unknown hours).

Last service 08/2022 (oil change, filters, seawater pump).

The engine underwent a complete refurbishment in 2019.

Since the engine refurbishment, the owner reports 700 hours.

Stainless steel propeller shaft replaced, coupling, PSS shaft seal.

Layouts:

2 Cabins (front/rear), spacious and pleasant saloon for a total of 6 berths.

The cushions in the saloon were replaced in 2018 + protective covers in 2020.

The cushions in the front/rear cabins and covers were redone in 2020.

The cabin linings were redone in 2018 with cork sheets.

Kitchen:

1 microwave, 1 2-burner gas stove + DOMETIC oven (12/2019)

1 Refrigerator/Freezer 80l DOMETIC, 2-bowl sink, foot pump seawater (2022) + foot pump freshwater (2022), multiple outlets.

Water tank: 150l + 100l + 50l for a total of 300l.

Bathroom:

Manual toilet (WC pipes changed 08/2022), 50l black water tank with macerator for sea discharge, tank level indicator, 2 valves allowing selection to the tank or to the sea installed in 2022.

Hull fittings/valves and hoses and clamps replaced in 2017.

Sails & Rigging:

1 recent genoa (01/2021) + 1 genoa in good condition resized and checked in 12/2020.

1 full-batten mainsail with 3 reefing bands, with ball-bearing batten car (2017), free edge checked in 12/2020.

Removable forestay, spinnaker pole, new storm jib.

Mooring cover, sailing cover with frame, lazy bag, bimini, halyards, sheets..

Electricity:

300w solar panel with VICTRON energy 30A MPPT regulator (2018), 300w pure sine inverter for 220v (2018), VICTRON energy shore charger 3x20A (2018).

The electrical wires for the navigation lights have been replaced and the bulbs changed to LED, interior lighting LED (2018).

1 engine battery 90AH (2022) ++ 1 x 90A service, differential circuit breaker + 4 outlets 16A (2018), VICTRON MPPT charge controller, VICTRON BLUE SMART battery charger

1 Converter 12V/220A – 300W

Miscellaneous:

Gangway, stainless steel swim ladder fixed on the aft deck (08/2023).

Mooring locker with 2 anchors FOB 16KGS + 50m of new 10 chain (08/2023) + 20m of rope + mooring ball + 1200w electric windlass (serviced in 2017) + remote control in the cockpit.

2 camping gas bottles.

Offshore survival raft 4 P (12/2020 to be serviced).

Dinghy bombard (+floating anchor) + 1 electric motor TEMO (08/2023)

VHF NAVICOM- Autopilot SIMRAD TP 32 (03/2021) – Auto pilot ST 4000+ Wind vane/anemometer (04/2022) – Watch/barometer…

Stainless steel arch with integrated davits and lifting tackle for the dinghy (2018).
