Description
Accommodations
Registered and in the water on my slip in Kittery! Re-powered 4-stroke with low hours, needs NOTHING! Turn-key classic Boston Whaler--famously tough, unsinkable hull, giving you peace of mind in rougher water. I have left this boat on my mooring, and now my slip, for weeks on end without even thinking about it, due to the unsinkable nature.
- Cuddy cabin is great for pets or kids to get out of the sun or those unannounced New England summer storms.
- Re-upholstered marine vinyl cabin cushion/mattress folds for access to port/starboard storage compartments as well as anchor locker. Roughly 7' of sleeping space with optional wooden platform (in my garage; re-installs with 4-5 screws).
- Unlike walk-through models, this Revenge has a large foredeck with outer rails, great for sunbathing.
- 10-person capacity (per original U.S. Coast Guard placard)
Mechanical Equipment
- 2007 Suzuki DF140 4-Stroke with only 750 hours
- All Suzuki-recommended periodic preventative maintenance performed.
- Engine maintained by Kittery Point Yacht Yard (KPYY).
- new lower unit and stainless-steel prop 2020
- new thermostat May 2025 (preventative)
- new fuel/water separator filter May 2025 (preventative)
Deck and Hull Equipment
- Garmin GPS model 541S w/ sonar and VHF radio
- Teak rear bench seat (removeable for fishing or hauling lobster traps)
- Rocket launchers/rod holders
- Upgraded electrical system with dual-battery isolation switch and LED navigational lights. You can anchor/moor with nav lights on for a week (I have).
- Fully enclosed black canvas/vinyl bimini top with floor-to-ceiling rear curtains for protection in all elements.
- Black antifouling bottom paint touched up May 2025
- (trailer details below)
Serious inquiries only. Please don't ask "Is this still available"--ask a thoughtful question. No trades. No rush to sell (my “daily driver”) and plenty of place to store another winter.
Navigation Systems
- Garmin GPS model 541S w/ sonar and VHF radio
Additional Equipment
Durable, galvanized, two-axle trailer designed to withstand the test of time. Tires have great tread (under 1,200 miles), oversized (6-leaf) springs, and got new roller bunks in 2022.
I have all the original paperwork in a tote bag, right down to the original trailer dealer's certificate from York Harbor Marine Service in July 1984. A neat walk down memory lane for this classic Whaler.
