Pearson Motor Yacht

This Pearson 43 Motor Yacht is an excellent example of a Classic, Spacious, Cruising, Live-Aboard vessel!  She has been lovingly, and meticulously, cared for by the same owner for the past 28 years!  He purchased her from the original owner, and still has every brochure, manual, and diagram that her builder provided!  She has a forward berth, a mid-berth with bunks, and a master stateroom aft, two heads, and a large central living area with dinette to port and galley to starboard.  Charming, warm, natural wood is used throughout and is still in excellent original condition!  Upper and lower control stations send commands to twin BMW diesels with low hours!  The upper deck also features a davit with a Boston Whaler 11' tender with low hour 4-Stroke outboard! On board diesel generator has only 173hrs and is mounted in a sound shield enclosure.  This vessel is fully equipped to satisfy a wide variety of boating wishes!  Observation: Vessel really maintained well.  Overall, the vessel was used very little, all diesels started once a week, with mains shifted into forward and reverse (which is recommended), with well-maintained interior and exterior updating, painting and varnishing as needed.
