Description
This would make a great live a board or just spend the summer in the San Juans!
Some of her recent upgrades include;
1. bottom paint in August, 2024. Repair of blisters, application of seal coat and 2 coats of Sea Hawk anti- fouling paint. New zincs on propeller shafts, rudders, trim tabs. "Diver's Dream".
2. change engine oil on both engines and generator February 2025
3. change impellers on both engines and generator February 2025
4. replaced fuel filters on both engines and generator February 2025
5. cleaned generator heat exchanger
6. replaced generator starting battery
7. replaced main Racor fuel filters (2)
8. replaced four engine room lights with LED fixtures
9. installed new VHF radio and antenna in main salon
10. installed new AM/FM radio in main salon
11. installed new windshield wiper motor and blade
12. installed CQR anchor, anchor chain & rode, repaired windlass
13. replaced two cracked/broken isinglass curtains on upper and aft deck.
Boat is located at the Olympia Yacht Club and is shown by appointment only.
Accommodations
Master stateroom is aft and features ensuite head with stall shower, abundant hanging lockers and drawer storage, centerline queen size walkaround bed and 4 port lights. Guest stateroom is forward with 2 port side bunks and storage below, hanging locker and access to guest head, chain locker, overhead hatch and port lights with screens provide natural light and ventilation. Salon is open and airy with access to sundeck and side decks, large windows port and starboard provide great visibility and natural light. Fully enclosed sundeck and flybridge provide ample space for entertaining and protection from the elements while cruising.
Galley
3 burner electric stove with oven, Nova-Kool refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, double deep stainless steel sink, abundant cabinet and counter space, Dinette opposite with seating for 4.
