The Uniflite 36 is a solid build with a spacious layout for enjoying life on the water.
The aft deck and flybridge offer ample entertaining space for warm evenings outside and full enclosure for cold nights.
The interior layout offers 2 levels of living space with the large main salon as the centerpiece. There is currently a large sofa bed that can be replaced with a loveseat and chairs for a more open feel if desired. The lower forward level is a galley to starboard and dining table with seating for 4 to port. The forward cabin has its own head and shower. Generous sized berth to accommodate 2 adults.
The aft cabin down a few steps from the main salon has ample room for a couple to sleep and move around comfortably. The shower room is a separate area from the attached head and both are larger than most boats this size.
Port motor has been rebuilt and starboard motor has been recently serviced. Both motors run well and engine room is fairly clean.
This is a no frills setup as far as equipment and electronics go and is ready to be upgraded to the 21st century to your specifications. Priced to sell indeed. A good amount of cleanup and upgrades make this a great investment for years of family fun and boat life.
