Bay Fever has been a fantastic liveaboard and cruising home for the past 5 years and has been lovingly maintained. This is the perfect boat for one to two people to enjoy either as a full time or weekend home. With plenty of room for guests, you can sleep up to 6. The boat is comfortable to maneuver, the engines are reliable and well maintained - Rebuilt in 2018 & 2019. With a single helm station on the flybridge you are left with an enormous amount of space in the salon.

As you enter the boat you’re on the aft deck with ample seating for entertaining and steps up to the flybridge. Hatch and door opens to lead you into the salon. Entrances on both port and starboard side of the boat. An extra power outlet has been installed on the starboard side of the deck to offer a place for exterior lighting, charging ports..

The salon has a 14’ beam offering ample seating area to visit or watch TV. The floors have been beautifully redone and offer (5) hatches into the engine room.

From the salon looking aft you have the master cabin with a walk around bed and en suite head. There is a hanging locker, storage drawers and cabinets for clothing and shoes. From the Salon looking forward you have the galley to port with a two burner induction cooktop, convection oven / microwave and refrigerator. To port you have the dinette table that easily sits six. (there is currently a wine fridge under the dinette that could convey or be moved.) Dinette can also be converted into sleeping accommodations.

Past the dinette there is a hanging locker for jackets & foul weather gear. Further forward you have the guest head and forward cabin. The hanging locker in the forward cabin has been converted into pantry storage but is still usable for hanging clothes if needed.

All lighting has smart bulbs or plugs to work with Alexa. Aft HVAC has a google home system to allow you to check on the boat temperature from afar.

Bay Fever has two full tanks of fuel and is ready for her next adventure! She is available for sea trial or moving during winter if the weather allows.
