Description
This is a fantastic boat for anyone wanting to do the loop, take day trips to a marina side bar or liveaboard. She is very spacious clean and well maintained. There is new canvas all around and a new enclosure being finished right now for the entire upper bridge. There are new custom blinds in the Salon, all new appliances, a complete new in the box nav and autopilot system. The woodwork is impecable throughout- she is a very dry boat with no fresh or salt water leaks. Owner is moving back to the West coast and will not be taking the boat.
Accommodations
This Yacht is set up in the three statroom configuration. However, the owners have removed the majority of the third statroom behind the Galley and made it a laundry room and extensive pantry and storage area. There is the berth in the bow with ajoining full head.
Aft is a full beam stateroom with a queen size bed, pleanty of closet and other storage and a full size head with full seperate shower enclosure.
