Sumerset 14x60

This 1987, 14X60, aluminum hull Somerset Houseboat was purchased by current owner in 2022 and has

received a complete renovation and restoration both mechanically and cosmetically. No expense has

been sparred to bring this boat into top mechanical & electrical condition and modern style.

Kitchen features modern stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, convection oven and

smooth top surface, pantry and plenty of cabinet storage. Icemaker, air fryer, K-Cup coffee maker. All

china, glassware and silver, pots pans, utensils, appliances, etc. remain with boat.

Powered by twin Mercuiser 120 gasoline engines that have had annual service to include oil & filters,

plugs, etc. All belts and hoses inspected annually and replaced as needed. ALPHA One outdrives fully

serviced in August 2025. Boat originally equipped with 2 60 gallon fuel tanks. One tank failed and all gas

lines were replaced and plumbed to the single tank in 2024.

Generator is a Westerbeke 8.0 KW. Also equipped with a Xantrex Freedom 458 Invertor that powers the

Galley, Refrigerators, Ceiling fans and microwave. Invertor is powered by 8 Duracell AGM batteries

installed new in 2025. Invertor is monitored by the Victron Connect controller with Bluetooth App

control capability. Shore power is single 50 amp.

Fresh water system is a 50 gallon tank with a Kenmore 12 gallon water heater. Boat has central HVAC

and an additional portable AC unit was installed in the salon to help on those 90 degree days, portable

unit professionally vented outside of boat. Window tint and opague film applied to bath and bedroom

windows for privacy.
