This Sea Ray 44 has been a Lake Michigan boat for 25 + years. MV Affinity has been stored in heated storage when not in use.
The Salon and Galley are open and spacious, creating a great area for entertaining guests, or just relaxing. Having a large aft cabin with heads and showers give the owners privacy when guests aboard. The forward Queen sized V berth allows guests their own space, with seperate heads and shower.
Many upgrades have been added to make her comfortable and pleasurable to live on.
The New, full enclosure on the bridge makes for comfortable cruising, no matter what the weather.
Bow and Stern Thrusters, with bridge, and remote control, make it easy to bring the boat alongside.
Raymarine Axiom 60 Tri Data plotters with Radar, Raymarine ST 6000 auto pilot, and Raymarine- Ray 215 DSC VHF Radio.
Currently Affinity is in heated storage, and can be viewed, as well as surveyed in the storage facility. Price reduction September 15.
Accommodations
Large airy aft bedroom, with a Queen size walk around bed, with adjoining head and enclosed shower. Two Full length hanging closets as well as a multitude of drawers and cabinets.
Carpeted salon with hide-a-bed couch, and comfortable swivel chair. Television mounted on aft bulkhead in entertainment center.
Television wired to antenna and to KVH4 receiver dome. Sony stereo in the entertainment cabinet, USB charge point installed on electrical panel.
Forward of the galley is a large Queen size V berth. Cabin has its own Sealand electro-flush toilet, and enclosed shower with dual entrances from the cabin, or the galley. Recessed television at foot of the bed.
Aft deck has a hard top, fully enclosed with as new Isinglass enclosure, with Plexiglass wing doors to forward deck.
Bridge has new Bimini top, and full Isinglass enclosure. Installed 4 USB charge points on panel, 2 on port, and 2 on starboard.
The bridge is 4 steps up from aft deck, and salon 4 steps down from aft deck. Comfortable swivel seats for Captain, mate and guest at front of bridge. Settee on aft portion of the bridge for additional guests.
