Description
Welcome to Ocean Alexander's 440 Sundeck CPMY. She is a good example of this popular OA offering. The vessel features a two stateroom layout with separate heads/showers. The aft master is full beam with island queen berth, excellent cabinetry, vanity, and ensuite head with walk in shower. The main salon is a nice size and the lower helm is on the stbd side. The ship's galley is down stairs to port with a great dining nook across on the stbd side. The guest v-berth is quite generous with good storage and ensuite head. (FW Vacu-Flush toilets in both staterooms).
The aft sundeck is quite accommodating with room for furniture and a relaxing environment to entertain. Both the upper helm and the sundeck have hard tops which are fully enclosed with canvas. The upper helm is well appointed and the hard top is equipped with 2 x 360 Watt Solar Panels.
This vessel is equipped with twin Detroit 8.2 L, fully serviced, diesel engines with 3962 hours total run time. There is an 8 Kw ONAN Genset (1282 Hours) to service the power needs required.
The vessel tender is an 11' Walker Bay RIB with a 20 HP Tohatsu Outboard and managed by a Nick Jackson davit system from the aft cockpit.
