Grady-White Explorer 24

I am helping my 78 year old adopted uncle sell their 94 Grady-White 24 ft Explorer with an '02 Yamaha 225. Rides and drives like new. You can almost eat off this thing, inside or out. Very well maintained, run on fresh water hose every week, marina photos are during it's fresh annual service (plus new motor trim pump) done yesterday at the time of this writing. Solid floor, no mildew smell in cabin, all cushions kept in garage very fresh and fluffy, was always covered until recently-the cover died it just went in the garbage. Computer says 15 hours on motor but brain was replaced a few years ago so, hours are unknown. Compression test perfect (190s-200) .  Lives in Belleair Bluffs. No trailer. Just sold his house, needs to sell his "baby." Ready for your mechanic or surveyor to go over it with a fine tooth comb.
