A heavily built round bilge vessel with bilge keels that feels at home on large waters but also certainly on inland waters. The “Bandeirantes” offers a lot of comfort and space to move. The SL kotter has wide side decks, high bulwarks, a spacious aft deck with large storage boxes, and an outside steering position placed midships on the port side from where the skipper has a good overview. It is a pleasure to sail with the 14.50-meter long and 4.35-meter wide “Bandeirantes.” A powerful 160 hp Iveco ensures that the power is there when needed, and the hydraulic bow and stern thrusters make maneuvering very easy.

The kotter is equipped with a teak interior, and the forward cabin and owner's cabin are made of ash wood. The interior is characterized by the use of many round shapes that can be found throughout the ship in all spaces.

From the aft deck, we come to port via a staircase into the salon, which is characterized by space and tranquility. In the salon, there is an L-shaped sofa with a wall of cabinets opposite. If you walk forward from the salon, you come down a step into a slightly lower area, where the U-shaped galley and the U-shaped dinette are located opposite each other. The galley, placed on the starboard side, is fully equipped with a cooling drawer (there is also an extra refrigerator in the salon), microwave, sink, a four-burner ceramic cooktop, and dishwasher. In the bow of the ship, there is a second cabin with a V-bed and a third bunk bed. In a separate toilet room, there is a pump toilet.

In the aft ship, there is a spacious owner's cabin, featuring a generous French double bed. The owner's cabin can be reached from the salon via a slightly lower passage. In this passage, there is a toilet room with a mirror and sink on the port side and a shower room with a sit bath and sink on the starboard side. Additionally, the washing machine is neatly concealed in the toilet room. The spacious engine room can be accessed through an entrance located under the stairs to the salon. For any major maintenance, the engine room is also accessible via two hatches in the salon floor.

In short, a well-sailing kotter with a spacious interior with plenty of storage and cabinet space, equipped with all the luxury for long stays on board or for permanent residence. This is further enhanced by double glazing, insulation, and central heating.
