1996 Cabo 31 express FOR SALE.
New Cummins 6bta 370 remans (600hrs each).
New 5kw northern lights gen (170hrs).
New reverso oil change system for mains, gen and trans.
New ZF 220a transmissions.
Shafts and props re conditioned.
Rudders re packed.
Thruhulls serviced.
New gel coat.
All new garmin electronics, new radar, new fish finder, 2 new vhfs.
New toilet.
New 4D AGM batteries(x2).
Lifeline 4ds for mains (X2).
New AC/DC pannel with new fusion system.
All new Nemma 2000 hook ups for electronics.
Fully functional trim tab system with new indicator. switch and hydraulic pump.

We’ve put a lot of time into this boat , it’s pretty much a brand new boat, I hate to get rid of it, but it just didn’t fit our schedules and our lives for now.

New Cummins Gen many upgrades
We started work in 2020 new reman Cummins (new from Cummins factory) 6bta 370s (each) paired with new ZF 220a transmission (0hrs).
Marvin from Crew west did all rewire, engine room battery cables, new connectors , ground bus, positive bus , battery switch’s , bilge pumps, float switch’s .
We also had a fixed fire suppression system installed that is a bit over kill, it’s enough to suppress all the hatch’s in aft lazaert along with engine bay..
In addition we installed bilge alarms.
There is also a new engine control package through glendenning controls , main cabin & tower controls (electronic) very smooth..
We went with garmin electronics (twin 12xsv) with complete nenmma 2k hook up with sonar, stereo, radar, ETC.
We installed new speakers, subsystem & fusion head unit ..
AC/DC MARINE built a new switch panel board, all electrical backing for connections to all electronics throughout boat..
We re did all the wireing and steering hoses that go to the tower . We also installed a new sonar that reads over 1000 ft.
The hull was sanded down & re gel coated. (Swim step red one *gelcoat .
Custom fabricated battery boxes for the AGM house bank and LIFELINE motor bank ( both isolated) until engine turn on..
Props were re balanced , cleaned by Wilmington prop..cabin lights , exterior lights switched to LEDs
Seat cushions just re done (exterior)
New LED under water lights (full spectrum)

New generator (northern lights 8kw I believe .
