The Targa 37 was the first Targa with the new style window frames in the mid-90s and is still a beautiful and sporty sight.
The sailing characteristics are of course great, as we can expect from a Targa of this vintage. The relatively narrow Olesinski hull is sharp and is easily lifted out of the water by the two powerful yet super economical Volvo diesels. Cruising at around 15 km/h or comfortably on plane: sailing with this Targa is fantastic.

Very nice sailing Targa 37 with a huge pile of invoices from the past years. New paint system on the underwater hull, engines disassembled, trim/exhaust/turbos/coolers etc. replaced or repaired, toilet, hoses, new black water tank, new Raymarine plotter... The list is long!
Is it completely perfect? No, there is cosmetic work to be done such as some new upholstery inside and out, wall coverings, maybe a new tent; all things that are easy to solve for the handy DIYer.
