“With some yachts, you can tell from a distance that they are exceptionally well cared for—and when I first saw Isaba at her mooring in Marina Porto Montenegro, I immediately suspected this was the case. Stepping on board confirmed my impression. One of the first things the owner mentioned during our initial meeting was that everything onboard works flawlessly—except for the flybridge fridge, which he planned to replace.

Built by Astondoa, one of Spain’s premier boutique yacht builders, Isaba reflects a level of craftsmanship that is truly timeless. Combined with the meticulous care of her owner, this is why she does not show her age. The interior finishing is of a standard that cannot easily be compared with today’s newly built yachts—this is from another level entirely.

Isaba underwent a significant refit in 2022, including new teak decking on the foredeck. Additional upgrades include a new port-side generator (with the starboard recently renewed), all external seating replaced, an engine overhaul, a full cutback and three-stage polish, a new saloon sofa, and a comprehensive electronics upgrade.

At almost 22 meters in length, Isaba offers an abundance of space—on deck, on the main deck, and throughout her accommodation. She is perfectly suited for long-distance cruising or as a floating beach club, offering all the comfort and versatility one could wish for. With her exceptional build quality and attentive maintenance, Isaba presents an outstanding opportunity for the discerning yachtsman.”

Those initial cruises quickly revealed what an exceptional yacht she is—both comfortable and responsive, a true joy to handle. From there, we explored further afield, cruising the Mediterranean, the Ionian, and the Adriatic, discovering new ports, hidden coves, and unforgettable sunsets. Eventually, we found a permanent mooring in Marina Porto Montenegro, which proved to be the perfect home for the yacht and, more importantly, for our family.
