Engines and Mechanical

• (2) robust Caterpillar 3126B turbocharged and aftercooled 6-cylinder, 7.2 liter diesel engines (upgrade) each 450 HP. The electronic engine display shows 1,924 hours (port) and 1,269 hours (starboard). The cause of the variation unknown, as the hour meters are operable. It is assumed that the higher number is correct, noting that the aftercoolers and heat exchangers were serviced at 1,350 hours 
• Electronic fuel controls with electronically controlled fuel injectors providing precise fuel delivery, for low smoke and enhanced fuel economy
• The cylinder head features a a cross-flow, three-valve configuration for optimum intake and exhaust flow
