2002 Hourston Glascraft 26 Island Runner [28 ft loa ].

Bill and Charles Hourston built this boat for us in 2002. We subsequently added the custom hard top and curtains that add to its shapely form and improve functionality. We added many custom extras that make it very versatile.

A Pacific Northwest coastal classic with a timeless design and hull shape. Its Deep-V solid fiberglass hull, comfortably cuts through chop and in various sea conditions, it's stable and seaworthy.

We have respected the builders craft, by carefully maintaining this boat, while enjoying 23 seasons of crossing Georgia Strait, cruising Greater Vancouver, Princess Louisa inlet, Sunshine coast and the Gulf islands. 

New crate engine in 2017; Volvo Penta 5.7L [350 ci] GI-B 300 hp with multi-port EFI and duo-prop stern drive with stainless steel F4 props. 450 hrs. Everything has been comprehensively maintained and is excellent working condition.
Always fuel efficient and dependable.

In 10/2024 it had its comprehensive, annual mechanical inspection, a marine survey and a major service including many new parts. Everything has been done. Owner’s manual with full documentation including original build sheet and full service history.
