Engines & Mechanical

The 8.1 liter or 496ci engines are supercharged with Whipple super chargers and are set up to provide good performance without the need of premium octane fuel.  Currently set up to run on 89 Octane fuel.  

Both engines were both professionally rebuilt to custom specification in 2022 to provide a balance between power and practicality.   Although the exact HP is not currently known, it is likely around the 600hp per currently.  If someone was to reconfigure for maximum performance using top quality fuel, there is room increase the power.  That said the current configuration is practical and will provide the nice balance of a boat with some performance that is simpler to run.

• We have receipts on hand for the engine work and rebuilds
• Drive legs are Mecruiser Bravo III dual prop with SS propellers
• The vessel is fitted with top quality trim tabs to manage the boat efficiently at speed

• Vessel is stored in a yard designed for year round dry storage, launching and lifting for periods of use by a hyrdaulic trailer.  
• There is no road or storage trailer for this boat, the older trailer in the photos is no longer available.
