Alm Classic 1400

The Alm Classic / Hollands Welvaren 14.00 with the round " Ship's" stern is offered by her first owner. The Alm Classic is known for its good workmanship, excellent sailing properties and excellent stability on the water. The yacht is equipped with as many as 12 stainless steel bollards, stainless steel railings, stainless steel framing of the swimming platform + stainless steel stairway to the cockpit and a lowering stainless steel mast that allows for a vertical clearance of appr. 2.95 metres to navigate the French canals. To ensure comfort, also when mooring, two guard rails have been installed midships on the starboard and port side. A teak bench has been installed on the foreship. The cockpit is also fitted with a Teak-lined cockpit bench and a manual stainless steel crane, also located in the cockpit is a large storage hatch and access to the spacious, well-organised engine room. This Alm Classic features a separate remote control to steer from the cockpit or bow. Through the double lacquered French doors, you move comfortably at ground level towards the fixed wheelhouse, which has plenty of light. The wheelhouse has lacquered sliding doors midships to starboard and port allowing quick and easy access to the gangways, steering position, companionway bench and a comfortable corner bench to starboard. Via the comfortable stairs you move easily to the dinette and galley. The dinette table can be lowered to create a double bed, which can then be completely separated by a curtain. The corridor leads to the portside wet room and the master bedroom at the front. The master bedroom has a free-standing double bed and plenty of closet space.
