'Dakota' 45ft x 12.8 x 05m Houseboat Barge
A great opportunity to purchase a 1 bedroom house boat constructed in 2004 by Eddie and Steve Powell, Bulls Bridge in Southall.
Heating is provided by a wood burner which heats the entire space. Hot water is from a Gas Marco 2 water boiler. There are two large fresh water tanks and a pressurized water system for the galley and WC/Shower. 240 volt shore power with sockets are available through out.
Layout is with a good sized double berth with lift up storage in the bow to the starboard side. A full size walk in wardrobe to the port side. The Saloon is open plan on the galley and the WC/Shower room is adjacent to the aft entry doors.
Galley Consists of a full size gas oven, grill and 4 burner hob, 240v refrigerator, sink with drainer and various storage lockers cupboards and drawers.
Current Boat Safety Certificate is valid until 2028.
