2022 Refit Summary

This beautiful, powerful vessel underwent a complete, 7-month long refit during its most recent yard period, finishing up in 2022. The current owner, a long-time Dhabyani resident, has a history of elevating sought-after yachts to unparalleled levels, and no expense was spared in the process, as you will see below:

Exterior

• The yacht's fiberglass exterior in its entirety was completely planed down to a uniform depth of 250 microns below original manufacturer level to discover any and all potential gelcoat issues. Several minor cosmetic issues were found and addressed, and no through-hull damage or penetrative moisture wicking was found.

• The fiberglass exterior, in its entirety, was then expertly honed & levelled using indoor straight-line surface lighting, given a complete triple topcoat respray, and polished using ultra-fine machine polishing.

• All outdoor deck furniture pieces, sofas, seats, and bar were removed for custom reupholstery at an indoor, climate-controlled facility.

• All decking was completely stripped, with the subfloor being resurfaced, purged, and air dried, and a new custom deck was laid using hand-picked Burmese teak Grade A heartwood.

• The interior mahogany hardwood floors in the main living area were gently cleaned and reconditioned in a couple of areas for a few minor spots and scratches and are the beautiful, original hardwood floors that were built into the original boat

• At the end of the refit, the boat was given a fresh coat of hand-applied ultra-shine crème wax, which makes her look absolutely incredible.

Exterior Fixtures

• The exterior sound system was completely overhauled, featuring a state-of-the-art mixer, Bluetooth connectivity, and high-speed Wi-Fi integration

• All outdoor soft furnishings were upgraded with luxurious, weather-resistant faux leather. This premium material offers both comfort and durability, ensuring your outdoor seating elements remain inviting and pristine.

• A comprehensive lighting upgrade was performed, introducing stylish, energy-efficient fixtures that enhance the vessel's aesthetic appeal while providing ample illumination for evening gatherings on the deck.

• The exterior rails were replaced with carbon fiber rails, offering a modern look and superior durability.

• A brand-new, custom-designed tent was installed, providing ample shade and protection from the elements. This addition allows you to comfortably enjoy the outdoors, whether you're seeking refuge from the sun or shelter from a passing shower.

• The outdoor marble table tops were meticulously polished to a high gloss and covered with a protective PPF film. This ensures they remain stunning and scratch-free, ready to impress guests and contribute to the enjoyment of your luxury haven.

• The jetski platform was fitted with durable fiberglass flooring, offering a safe and stable surface. The absorbers were thoroughly maintained, ensuring smooth and reliable operation for all your water sports activities.

• The jetski received a complete makeover, including a fresh paint job and the installation of a powerful new SEADOO RXT300 engine. This upgrade guarantees thrilling performance and a sleek, modern appearance.

Engines

• The yacht's engines were meticulously maintained to ensure peak performance. All shafts were replaced to handle both fresh and saltwater conditions, and the marine AC system was fully serviced, with all units cleaned and operating flawlessly.

Interior

• A premium 3M ceramic tint film was applied to all windows, providing privacy, contributing greatly to cooling performance, reducing glare, and protecting the interior from harmful UV rays.

• State-of-the-art entertainment was integrated into the yacht with the installation of six new SONY SMART TVs, each equipped with Apple TV. This setup guarantees endless hours of high-definition entertainment and connectivity at your fingertips.
