AZIMUT 62 Fly from 2005 powered by 2x 1015hp Caterpillar - 1650h - Splendid condition! Super well-equipped and very well-maintained boat. A must-see! Main features: - 3 cabins + crew cabin - 4 bathrooms - Reversible air conditioning - 20kw generator (2792h) - Bow and stern thrusters - GPS, chart plotter, sounder, radar, chain counter - Yacht controller! - Washer/dryer - Dishwasher - Hydraulic flaps - 2 cockpit winches - Sea water pump with fire hose - Teak cockpit and cockpit table - Courtesy lighting - Fridge inside/outside - Flybridge barbecue This 2005 unit is a second-hand and is in very good presentation condition for its 19 years. With this kind of unit, we clearly enter the category of exceptional yachting. Everything is designed on board to spend wonderful moments with optimal comfort. Exterior: Upon arrival at the stern of the boat, we clearly observe that the boat is well cared for. The gelcoat is shiny and white throughout the boat. When boarding, the 5m width is impressive. The descent into the cockpit from the hydraulic gangway is done with remarkable ease. We immediately notice that all the superstructures are in a condition close to factory output. The teak shows some irregularities related to its age, which remain minor. All equipment is in working order. On the flybridge, everything is designed for convivial moments. A large sunbathing area at the back, a large lounge with a chaise longue, a barbecue, a refrigerator, and a sink. The command station on the port side in an advanced position is ideally placed, has a reduced footprint, and allows a 360° view of the boat. The deck features a large sunbathing area, and here again, everything is in excellent condition. We do not observe any irregularities. The window frames are in very good condition, and no infiltration points have been noted. Interior: The interior condition is excellent. We do not observe any infiltration points, no peeling of the wall coverings. The carpets are in excellent condition, as are all the woodwork. The varnish on the latter is matte, giving a very contemporary look. When entering through the sliding door, once again, the spaces impress. A first lounge on the port side is ideally located to enjoy the retractable television and home cinema. In a second central space, a dining table is located on the port side facing the open kitchen equipped with an induction hob, a large refrigerator with freezer, an ice maker, and a dishwasher. This space is enhanced by numerous storage options, including in the staircase leading to the cabins. At the helm station, everything is in excellent presentation condition. The descent to the lower deck leads to a hallway that serves the 3 cabins as well as one of the bathrooms where a washer/dryer can be found. The master cabin with its adjoining bathroom, a large dressing room, and a height under the bar of about 2m is particularly spacious. This cabin is designed for total comfort optimization for its occupants. At the front, the VIP cabin is also very spacious, benefits from an adjoining bathroom, and has a large dressing room. Again, all equipment is in working order. The only downside we observe regarding the interior aesthetics concerns points of peeling wall coverings in the crew cabin at the stern of the boat. Mechanical: Once in the engine room, we observe once again that the unit is maintained with care. No signs of leaks or grease on the two 1015hp Caterpillar engines and below. In the engine room, everything is meticulously organized and labeled. We do not observe any signs of corrosion on the engines and gearboxes. The boat is followed and serviced annually. The last intervention on the heat exchangers dates back to 2021. Electronics & Electricity: On this point, the boat is very well equipped. Autopilot, yacht controller, GPS, chart plotter, sounder, radar (Raymarine HybridTouch on the flybridge), chain counter. All equipment is functional.
