Haul-Out & Yard Period

• Full haul-out and relaunch completed

• Vessel professionally managed during yard period

Hull, Bottom & Exterior

• Complete bottom service including:

  • Hull and metal surface sanding with application of primer on hull sides and underwater metals

  • Localized fiberglass and fairing work completed where required

  • Application of professional marine primers and coatings and multiple coats of premium antifouling paint (AF33 Black)

  • Cosmetic exterior paint touch-ups using PPG / Deltron marine-grade systems

  • Clearcoat and protective finishes applied where applicable

Mechanical

• Replacement of sacrificial galvanic zinc anodes (owner-supplied)

• Mechanical systems visually inspected during yard period

Electrical & Lighting

• Electrical system inspection and service where needed with battery system inspection and testing

• New underwater LED lighting system installed, carried out by qualified marine technicians:

  • Multiple high-output thru-hull lights

  • New Supra i-Connect hubs, connectors, junction boxes, and cabling

  • Proper marine-grade wiring, breakers, terminals, and waterproof fittings

Plumbing & Hardware

• Replacement and/or servicing of stainless-steel valves, clamps, and fittings

• Installation of new marine sealants (3M 5200, Sikaflex) where required

• Hose clamps and through-hull related hardware upgraded as needed

Surface Preparation & Protection

• Extensive use of professional sanding systems (multiple grit stages)

• Degreasing, solvent cleaning, and surface prep throughout

• Masking, protection, and contamination control during paint works

• Final detailing and cleanup post-yard

General

• All work completed using marine-grade materials and coatings

• Yard invoices and documentation available upon request
