This 46' custom built Chesapeake bay style fishing/cruising boat is in excellent condition - a one-owner boat that has been meticulously maintained and continuously upgraded since launch. This awesome fishing machine also has every amenity for comfortable cruising and overnight trips.
Accommodations
Forward: 2 upper/2 lower V-berth forward, two A/C systems, hanging closet, storage under bunks, head with fresh water toilet, sink, counter, and storage, separate large shower.
Pilot House: dinette that converts to double bunk, drawers, cabinet storage, and large chart drawer, helm seat with storage, Mates seat on port side. Galley with sink, cook top, microwave, and refrigerator. Privacy curtains. Large deck hatches for access to mechanical space below.
Mechanical Equipment
Upper and lower A/C systems, hot water heater, fresh water system, 7.6 kw Westerbeke generator, Fresh water washdown and salt water washdown hoses in cockpit. Two 30-amp shore power connections. One inlet for shore connection to boat freshwater system. Reverso pump for engine oil and transmission oil change. AGM batteries. Onboard 115v/12v charger.
Galley Equipment
Sink, 2-burner hot plate, microwave, and under counter refrigerator. Drawers and Cabinet storage. Coffee maker.
Deck and Hull Equipment
Maxwell windlass with 30 feet of chain and 300 feet on anchor rode and Delta anchor. Oversized solid stainless cleats, cabin top aluminum arch with two forward and two aft facing flood lights, long range search light, short range spotlight. Four antenna mounts and hailer speaker. Three electric bilge pumps plus raw water intake three-way valve to enable engine to act as an emergency crash pump. 2 deck mounted rod holders; 12 overhead rod storage holders.
