Staterooms

Xtasea is equipped with three staterooms and has two heads all of which can be accessed via the curved stairway at the starboard side of the pilothouse.

Master: Located miship.....full beam with large hanging lockers, very ample storage, and an ensuite head complete with a large stall shower.

Guest Cabin: located forward and to port from the midship master. Sleeps two , each in a single size side by side berth. NO BUNKS!

Further forward is the spacious VIP cabin with it's queen size berth with built-in storage below that rivals most other yacht's master cabins.

The shared quest head with it's large stall shower is located aft of the VIP cabin and to starboard.

SELLER'S NOTES

Since purchased in April of 2024 the following items have either been repaired or replaced:

Corrected improperly installed chain wheel on windlass so that chain dog works properly

Installed new vinyl/canvas on flybridge enclosure forward of the hardtop supports. 

Forward helm windows. Removed. Resealed & Re-installed.

Salon Windows: Recalked them

Repaired defective anchor light

Sat TV Domes. Removed. Area was cleaned up.  Lots of excess wiring was removed

Installed a Starlink System

Entertainment System. Lots of loose wires that were not connected.  System was gone through. All zones identified and marked accordingly. All unwanted wiring was removed.

Exterior lighting made and proved all operational

Starboard engine start battery. Replaced

N/Lights generators. Installed new fuel filter housings on both

Prop Shafts. Installed spray shields

Guest head. Installed new toilet

Galley, Replaced worn out refrigerator/freezer with new

Water Maker. Never used. Made and proved system operational. Working as it should

Port Engine. Had exhaust leak at Turbo. Repaired the leak

Pilothouse door locks. Not functioning properly. Repaired latch & lever release

Lazarette hatch. Defective ram. Replaced

Holding tank discharge pump and duck bill. Installed improperly. Repaired. Working properly

Hatch leading to flybridge. Installed replacement hatch

AB Tender. Tuned, some wiring repairs, new fuel gauge. Misc cleaning.
