DESCRIPTION OF SELENE 40 OCEAN TRAWLER, “PACE”
M/Y PACE, a 2005 Selene 40 Ocean Trawler is well presented for sale and priced at 399,000 US Dollars. The Yacht was built to a very high specification and has been very well maintained by her previous owners, and currently with her current owner is a Master Mariner and fully qualifies Yacht Surveyor.
She is powered by a Perkins 185Hp main engine and also has a Westerbeke 44hp wing/’get me home’ engine plus Northern Lights 7kW Generator. 'Pace' has recently completed a refit in Phuket including a full repaint of topsides and superstructure, repairs to the teak deck, installing a hard top on the flybridge, interior re-varnish and numerous other jobs.
Other work completed in the last few years includes application of Copper Bottom antifouling, rebuild (zero hours) of the generator and replacement of the stern thruster, 2 x 'Tides' shaft seals and new main engine shaft.
“PACE” is a great example of this popular long range cruising yacht in turn key condition and available immediately.
